The Cotton House is a two-storey Villa design with double vaulted ceilings, set off by a stunning chandelier .A drawing room sits below the gallery and a stylish covered dining terrace leads to an exterior sun deck, a garden with a dinning gazebo and a private swimming pool. The ground floor also boasts a family room, ensuite guest bedroom, kitchen, laundry and pantry. The ground floor terrace is designed to double as a cocktail reception area.

A large open plan drawing room sits below the gallery and a separate dining room opens out to an exterior sundeck, a garden with dining gazebo and swimming pool. The ground floor also has an ensuite twin guest bedroom.    

The second floor is accessed via a mahogany staircase to a Mezzanine gallery where three fine ensuite bedrooms are located. The master bedroom, appointed with hardwood floors, traditional louvered doors and window sheers, add to the Caribbean flavour. The master’s king-size mahogany 4-poster bed is dressed in crisp linens, has a spacious dressing room, bathroom and a private sun terrace.

The hardwood floors continue into the two guest bedrooms, king size beds and a separate writing desk. These bedrooms have their own ensuite with a single pedestal sink and a powerful shower unit.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The Cotton House is staffed with a private butler.
